Syncing body fat data from Withings scale

After being unsatisfied with the Index S2 I returned it, so I am wondering if there is a way to automatically sync the data from a Withings Body Comp scale. I know I can enter my weight manually, but I don't see anywhere to enter body fat manually, so I am hoping there is something out there that will let me get my data from Withings and put it into Garmin Connect.

You can import the body fat values, with the help of a simple csv file in the following format at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data :

Hey I tried this but it didn't load. Do you have to name the file in any specific way? It has to be a CSV file which I got and I used the same format. I believe my setting correspond so metric etc. Thanks

It should have the extension ".csv". Use the simple Notepad (or similar editor), not Wordpad or any other similar rich-text editor. Do not copy the line numbers (1, 2, 3). Select the same date and number format, when importing the file. If you use number format with decimal commas, you may need to change the values accordingly - in that case the double quotes are mandatory. When using decimal points, the double quotes are not necessary, in fact.

Don't forget to set your import language to English.

thanks - it worked. I had to play around with it a bit as excel wasn't converting the file appropriate for me. So I created the file in excel, then exported it to CSV, then made sure the date was the right format (as it kept changing back). then tested it by dropping it into notepad. it then uploaded ok.

So, I did this, and it worked.

When the data imported, the reading was logged at 20:00. Is there anyway to set the time of the reading? Changing the date to the format of YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS just caused an error on import. So then I tried:

Body
Date,Time,Weight,BMI,Fat
"2023-03-19","0049","173.0","24.13","11.88"

No error, but still logged at 2000. Any suggestions to try next?

Also I was wondering what parameters to se for things like Muscle Mass or Water Mass?
