Reset heart rate monitoring

My watch and garmin connect have stopped monitoring my heart rate, how do I reset that please, thanks Philip

Not sure which watch you have. But typically

Long press the UP/Menu button >> Sensors & Accessories >> Wrist Heart Rate >>Status Auto
