Download activity from Edge 530 does not reflect as an activity for monthly activity challenge

Record cycling activity as Indoor or training and when downloaded it does not reflect as an additional activity on the monthly active badge challenge - using an Edge 530

    Could you post a link to the activity?

    To count for the challenge "Active December" you must log an activity of at least 20 minutes and use a Garmin device to log it. The activity type doesn't matter. You must of course also join the challenge.

    The "Active" challenge has in previous months had some issues. The solution those times has been to leave the challenge and join again.

    Thanks - I will check/confirm that I have joined the challenge - currently 11 of 20 and will do a 25 minutes Indoor activity tomorrow and if it doesn't update, I will send you a link. Not 100% sure how to do that, so if you could assist there, it will save me some time ...

    If you see progress in the challenge than you've joined it. You can leave and join the challenge when ever you like. All previous progress will count.

    To get the link it is easiest in Garmin Connect Web. Just browse to the activity and copy the URL.

    In the app it is probably easiest to share a web link to your email and then copy the link in the text.

    Then post it here. If you don't want to post it publicly you can try the message function in the forum.
