sleep interpretations - stress

Questions: in the general description of the interpretation of sleep regarding the level of stress, it is stated that sleep level 15 is the ideal level, while in the interpretation of a specific dream, if level 15 is reached, the result is assessed as satisfactory, not as good or very good.  Do you know where this discrepancy comes from and whether it is not a mistake. If it should be perfect then why is it only "sufficient", this interpretation lowers the total sleep score.

  • okay, that's it again; in Polish I have: "ideal average sleep stress level 15 or less".. my score is 15, interpreted as "satisfactory", which means that I have "good" and "very good" above. Maybe it's a translation error.

  • with the others, I have this gradation: poor, sufficient, good, very good.

  • Yes, that's what I am telling - ideal does not necessarily mean level Excellent. It just tells that ideally you should try keeping the stress under 15. And now you know that the average number you are seeing on the screen is rounded down, so that in most cases you will need to see 14 to get the rank "Good" (unless the value is exactly 15.000000). So I hope, that knowing now how it works, you will sleep better Wink

  • as I see it, the quality of our sleep is determined by semantics, so I don't know if I will sleep better. Rather, after this conversation, it will be 20. Slight smile
