I don't understand how acute load is calculated on my Garmin 255?
Saturday it said it was 620, I then did a cardio workout on Sunday which said it was 107 exercise load but the graph only went to 636? I don't understand why.
It is a weighted sum of the exercise load for the past 7 days. Each day is multiplied with different weight factor. And although you added 107 on that day, you also lost some points from week ago.
