How to setup a strength training workout with more than 50 steps. Adding a rest between sets uses 50% of the steps so you only have 25 steps including warmup and cooldown.

I have a Gramin Instinct that I am using for Strength Training.  I have designed a custom workout routine but for every set I need to add a rest step between sets so my 50 steps is reduced to less than 25 when including stretching, warmup and cooldown.

IS there a work around or do I need to split my routine into 2 workouts and just save them both when I do my routine?
