When I looked over the options in the Garmin connect app, I found the new entry "use instant keyboard". Is this maybe finally the long-awaited keyboard to reply to messages? Or is this just for other devices than the smartwatches?

The purpose of the instant keyboard is to easily enter text onto your Garmin watch. For me it pops up when I'm creating a course from the watch in order to name the course. Not sure how new this is, as I've been using it for almost a year.
