Garmin Fenix 7x connecting ok but not downloading recent activity to Garmin connect?

My Fenix 7x is connecting ok but not downloading my recent activities. Recently updated and connected to Garmin express but not working with Garmin connect.

Could be a corrupt file. Try a a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web. How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
