I just want to switch this off now. It's demotivating.
Even if I'm well rested (I've known my body for long enough), it says unbalanced or low, leading to my training status showing strained. It doesn't seem to recalibrate.
How do I switch it off? I don't want it any more, it's rubbish.
. Failing that, how can I get it to recalibrate.
