Not uploading activity and steps on Garmin connect or Garmin Express

I'm having trouble with my Forerunner 735xt.Today I made 1 activity but my neither Garmin Connect or Garmin Express don't show this activity. Also the steps from this day I see them on the watch but nothing when I synchronize with Garmin Connect or Garmin Express.

I have try this steps but nothing works:

Restart the Phone and the Watch.

Remove the watch from Garmin Connect or Garmin Express.

Clear catch data from Garmin Express.

I try to manually upload that activity but can't find this activity in activity folder.

What should I do?
