New (1 Wk old) Garmin Vivoactive 4s device does not capture the Intensity Minutes from Day 1

My new (1 Wk old) Garmin Vivoactive 4s device does not capture the Intensity Minutes from Day 1 even though I have been running (pretty fast) the last few days and my heart rate more than a 100. Pls can someone help to solve this problem.

What was your Resting HR reported that day? How much above 100 bpm, and for how long time? Continuously or with some lows in between?
