Garmin Connect - Vivoactive 4

Good evening,

today my Vivoactive 4 was delated from Garmin Connect and now it's impossible to sync my Vivoactive 4 with Garmin Connect app.

The app try to find the smartwatch but it si not recognize.

Do you have an idea how to solve the issue?

Have you removed the watch from bluetooth devices in the phone?

Hi e7andy,

yes, I've try to disconnect the smartwatch also from the phone but it still "invisible" for the Garmin Connect App.

Make sure it is removed from bluetooth devices in the phone. Then put the watch in pairing mode and add the device in Garmin Connect.

It is good to restart both the watch and the phone and then try again.

with your tips now the smartwatch is connected with the Garmin Connect app.
