Amazon Music won't install on brand new Venu 2

I've got a brand new Venu 2 with all software updated to latest version.

Amazon Music installs ok on the Connect IQ app store but when I try to install on the watch using Connect it tries to install but just goes back to the screen showing Spotify, Deezer and Amazon.

Amazon Music shows version 1.2.6 which was updated on 26th October.

Does anyone know how to get Amazon Music to install?

  • Just in case anyone has the same issue. I unpaired the watch and setup again and then installed Amazon Music again in Connect IQ. It said it would install on the next sync.

    On the phone app it didn't appear to have worked but when I went into the watch and Music options then Amazon Music had appeared.
