Spotify wont install on new Fenix 7 - tells me I need a software update but ive updated on Garmin Connect.

Ive bought a brand new Fenix 7. I want to download the spotify app - when I try via recommended apps on the watch it tells me I need a software update (on a new watch?) But Ive synched in Garmin Connect and the message keeps appearing. Any ideas? Thanks

A new watch rarely has the latest firmware, since it was usually staying in the box for a few weeks or months, in the store, before you purchased it. Check for updates with Garmin Express. If you are sure you already have the latest version, clear the cache of the browser you use to access the Connect IQ store (if web store used), or clear the cache or reinstall the Connect IQ app on your phone.
