Intensity minutes recorded with xxx minutes each day without any activity

Hello,

since the last days the intensity minutes are recorded each day with xxx minutes (the last minutes recorded?) without any activity on these days.

Intensity minutes are based on your heart rate so there is no need to log activities to get intensity minutes. Check your logged heart rate. Maybe it is unusally high.

Heartrate ist about 50-60 Beats/min while I am sleeping. 260 Intensityminutes at 6:00 am is not normal and until Weekend there were no intensisty Minutes calculated.

Do you get 260 minutes in a day or is that the weekly value?

Post the graphs for intensity minutes and daily heart rate so we can see what you see.

The 260 intensity minutes are per day. On Sunday I was cycling and now the intensity minutes are copied from sunday to each day.

I have delete the Sunday activity because I see that the intensity is schown as ongoing. Now it looks better. But the intensity minutes for Monday and Tuesday exist.

As e7andy wrote - Intensity Minutes are being detected by the watch all day and night long, regardless whether you record an activity or not. Only the heart rate matters - as soon as it is higher than around 150% of your 7-day avg. Resting Heart Rate (in the default configuration), the Intensity Minutes start incrementing.

I know, but why 262 Minutes each day exactly the same on 3 Days. With one day an activity.

Hard to tell. Either coincidence, or some bug. Try restarting the watch, and see the next day. And have a look at the IM graph in the Daily Summary (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2022-10-24/intensityMinutes for today) - you can see there at which moments exactly throughout the day the IMs are being incremented. If there is similar step like in your 7 days report, then there is indeed something wrong with your GC account.

Check the heart rate graphs for the Monday and Tuesday to see if you that can explain it.

I can't explain it. No intensity minutes are detected on Monday and Tuesday
