I am receiving error when trying to access gym and fitness activities in garmin connect. I can access all other activities and my internet connection is fine.

I can only repeat: try an alternative Internet connection. If still not working, contact the Support.

Which phones do you have? Similar brand and model?

All different brands. Oppo, Xiaomi and Samsung i think. Internet connection... Well i tried on 6 or 7 different connections, so no.
