Doesn't send my activity to the app

Hi,

So my Fenix 6 saphire hasn't uploaded an activity to the app. I've added it manually but it doesn't work with the Garmin coach and challenges. I tried to turn the phone and the watch off but it doesn't helped. What is very weird that it uploaded all of the info even steps from that run and calories just not the activity. I even uninstalled the app from my phone and then downloaded it again.

Any suggestions/solutions?

Try what trux suggested. Also, if you can zip and upload the file here, we can take a look.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Thank you so so so much. It actually helped. Connected my watch to my pc and uploaded that activity to my Garmin connect. So easy!
