Livetrack screens are blank

I've been using LiveTrack from my FR645M (and for previous Garmins I owned) for some years to share my runs with family back at home.

For some months now, this has stopped working properly. The email is still sent to chosen recipients but when they click on the Watch My Activity link, they get a browser window with the extensive URL but it's always just a blank window.

When I forward the email back to myself it is OK.

I'm wondering if the recent shift to Australian National Broadband Network at my parents' house is the problem. Anyone with any experience of this?

  • Try clearing the browser cache, using an alternative browser, disabling adblockers and all other plugins, or using a VPN - it may perhaps help you localizing the problem.
