When put my swim in on app it won't let me put in time.
But other activities it will
Change the activity type to something else (Running for example), change the time, and then set it back to Pool Swimming.

Maybe another type of activity, perhaps an indoor activity type like Cardio may help avoiding any change in distance. Test it.
