If you are sure all of the data is correctly entered (age, gender, height, weight), then your watch is probably still linked to the wrong account. Did you remove it from the wrong account, before switching to the original one? If not, log in back, remove the device from there. Follow the instructions in the document Data is Missing from My Garmin Connect Account After Syncing | Garmin Customer Support
Follow the instructions in the document - remove the watch from all aps, log out from all of them, and then log in back to the right account, adding then the device there. Make sure it is set as the preferred activity tracker, and reverify whether all of the personal data is correctly entered. If nothing helps, contact the Support.
