Which Garmin watch do you have?

First of all connect your watch to a computer with Garmin Express, and check for updates. If it still persist, and if you get the error when trying to download using the app, force-stop and relaunch it. If not better, clear the cache, or reinstall the app. If you are using a browser, then clear the cache (delete Internet temporary files) of the browser, and try again.
