Contact details on incoming calls

Typically, this is due to a permission setting on the phone.

Long press on the Connect icon >> App info >> Permissions >> allow all permissions (at least allow contacts and phone).

Thanks for your response. This is not the issue however (I double checked this and I have all permissions granted). Details come through to the watch for everything other than calls?

I just use the native Samsung phone app. Do you possibly have a 3rd party app for phone calls?

Same. Nothing 3rd party being used on either device...

Some apps, such as Truecaller and other caller ID and spam blocking apps can cause problems.

Were you able to get it working?

It has always worked for me. I would just make sure you have all permissions allowed.

And I've got all permissions allowed, and I've reseted the app. Maybe I need to reset the watch 

First verify that you have no apps that handle incoming calls, such as caller ID or call blocking apps (truecaller, etc.). Should be just the native phone app.
