Profile sharing, can people see all my history of runs times etc?

My profile is set so only I can see it. If I set it so others can see it will they be able to see all my previous data or only things that happen from when I set it so others can view my data?

Profile sharing only tells people can access the information that you enabled on your public profile. There is a separate setting for activities, steps, etc, in the Privacy Settings of your account.
