When I do an interval session, I use manual lap for my on and off. In the past on the Garmin App has listed just the lap number on the left. 1,2,3 etc. Now it's seems to guess 'warm up' 'run' 'recovery ' 'cool down' But I find it's often wrong and I can not clearly see my interval sets. I don't have time to preload my run in to the watch before every run. Is there a way to change the app back to read just the manual laps entered?
