How can I reupload a Garmin activity to Strava after an accidental deletion from Strava?

I've watched an online video regarding this, which suggests first clicking on the activity, then clicking on the "cog" icon on the toolbar, then "export", however there is no "cog" icon on my toolbar (nor can I find another way of exporting the activity).

Go to Garmin Connect Web (not the app). Open the activity you need to send to strava, click cog icon, export original.

It will export as a zip file. Unzip it then import into Strava - Upload and Sync Your…
