when trying to set up assistance I am asked to put in name City and state. when I do so and hit NEXT nothing happens so I can't set up emergency assistance

I don't see any next button for "My Information". Just press back to go back to the "Safety Features" page.

Maybe it works differently the first time. Post a screenshot so we can see what you see.

Sorry, have sorted it out now. Thanks for your help though.
