Setting up 10K/21K goals

Hi all,

In the Garmin app you can set a few goal types (like monthly steps, floor climbing, etc.), but I cannot find a way to set goals for 5k/10k/21k running distances (ex. I want this year to complete a half-marathon distance under 1:45 or I want this month to complete a 10k under 45 mins, etc.).

Any ideas/thoughts?
