Pairing New Samsung a52S to vivoactive 4

Have got a new phone Samsung a52S which I cant pair with my vivoactive 4. Have tried the troubleshooting suggesting without success. I still get my daily data... Any suggestions? Thank you

Did you solve this problem? I'm having the same trouble with connecting my new a52s to my Forerunner 55 (connects fine to a20e)

Hi, it eventually paires. Contacted Samsung on several occasions and they sent me loads of info. The 1st step is to go to your Garmin watch and unpaired your watch to old phone.

oh that is good news! Thanks. I unpaired from thhe other phone but my a52s doesn't detect my watch at all. I will try again.

Weirdly, my watch was also an hour behind last night.
