Does anyone have the issue of Garmin Fenix 7 showing non realistic numbers after latest update? Today I have Body Battery=78 and watch shows +111, whereas since I was not dead yesterday, phone shows +57? Any ideas how to fix this?

Please post a photo of the Body Battery graph "Since Midnight" from your watch, and similarly the curve from Garmin Connect too. The high number on the watch could be explainable for example if there several ups and downs during the day. It could come also because of the FW upgrade - it is highly advisable to perform the soft reset after each FW update (hold the Light button for some 20s till the watch shuts down, then start again), so try that too, and wait for the next day to see whether it helped.
Also tried reboot,but nothing changed...
Reboot will not change past values. Wait till tomorrow for the next day data. Better doing the soft-reset, than a plain reboot, though.
Its also continuously stating I am in a high level of stress. I am not.
The stress is just an interpreted value of your HR Variability. The lower HRV, the higher stress. So either your HRV is low, or the watch cannot detect it correctly (for example due to a loose fit of the wristband). Try doing the Health Snapshot if your watch has the widget, to get the exact HRV values. Low HRV can be caused by medication, pace makers, alcohol, nutrition, and many other factors. Read more details about it for example here:
