After my strength workouts or HIIT workouts why does my race predictions increase if I haven't did a run
Is it the pace that increases (better performance), or the time (worse performance)? Could you post a screenshot of the prediction, and another one of the VO₂max on the Trainin Status report for the last 4 weeks?
