Bug problem

When looking at a completed workout in the my day section of the connect app. I click on the treadmill workout it shows the data for a second and immediately exists out. After a few attempts the app shuts down and closes. The Android OS pops up a window stating the app has a bug and an update from the developer to fix the bug.

I'm having the same problem but only with a single workout. Would like the data from that workout because it was a benchmark test.

It's the same for me BigWeissy. Only the one workout will not open properly and allow me to review the data from the workout. All other previous workouts are working fine.

That happened to me last week with an outdoor run. After the app crashed I no longer had the activity in my activity list, even though it was visible in Connect (Web) and still on my watch (Fenix 6S Pro Solar.)

Try clearing the cache of the app. Eventually, it that does not help, you can try clearing also the data, or reinstalling the app.
