Since sensor update today my steps are not counting. Please help

My watch did a sensor update this morning and its now not counting all my steps. Can you please tell me why this is happening. Im very frustrated as I go by 10 000 steps a day and im now missing loads that have not registered. Anyone else having same problem Tues 13/9/22??

Which watch model? Did you try restarting both the watch and the app? Are the steps missing on the app only, or also on the watch? Does the watch sync to the app?

Good Morning its the vivoactive 4s. Ive turned it off and on a few times. The steps are same on app as watch. Will see if it sorts itself when im on my walk shortly.

Its counting some but as many as it should at this point. Im very active and atm its only on 500. It seems to be sticking. I do between 20.000 to 30.000 a day. Today its not going to show my true step count. Hopefully it will rectify itself. I think my watch is on way out. Im awaiting the launch of the 5 but still no date given.
