Java 503 exception?

Was having issues viewing run data so uninstalled and reinstalled (Android). Now, I can't even log in and get this error. In the homestretch of my first marathon training so incredibly frustrated!

I just downloaded the app and am getting a Java 503 error when I attempt to log in as well. Also android.
