My Venus 2 keeps showing connect/disconnect from my Pixel 5

My Venu watch keeps connecting and disconnecting from my Pixel 2. I've restarted the watch and no change.

My phone has been updated to v13 and I update monthly w/o change. Restarting the watch and the phone, after updates, I still experience the disconnects.
