Ma montre est en français et les applications de la montre sont en anglais comment faire pour tout remettre en français merci

Check the manual for your watch. It is usually configured in the System menu.

If you can't find the language you want then you will have to install it via Garmin Express on a computer.

If you speak about the Connect IQ apps, then those are mostly written by 3rd party developers (not coming from Garmin), and many of the developers do not bother about the translations. You can either contact the developer on the page of the app in the CIQ store, and offer him to make the translation - he will then certainly agree to compile the French version too. Or you can also search an alternative app that already comes in French too.
