How can I connect my mobile application , goggles fitbit , with my mobile garmin application

You can only connect Garmin devices to the Garmin Connect app.

I want to record my respiration rate during my activity of running & swimming ...how can I do it at my garmin solar instinct watch??

The Garmin Instinct Solar do not support respiration rate.

You need Instinct 2 for the respiratory rate. Indeed not supported by the old model, exactly as Andy wrote: Garmin | Compare

As for the Fitbit goggles, Non-Garmin devices cannot be directly linked to Garmin Connect, again as Andy wrote, but you can still import the activities from the goggles manually to GC Web at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
