Hello

I have updated phone app and online to metric yet on my watch its still showing yards and degrees in Fahrenheit

How can i change this

You must change the units on the watch as well. Check the manual. It is usually in the System settings.

... and additionally, on some watches the Weather widget has its own setting too, so check it out (long press the Menu button while on the widget)
