Hi!

I've had my instinct 2s for a few months now. I just love it!

I'm quite an active person and love how it encourages me to be more so, but I've got the flu right now. I get guilty about not going to the gym after 2 days and thought that the watch could help with a "sickness" mode.

You enter in the watch or app that you're sick and instead of telling you to move when sedentary it could tell you to rest when you're being too active. It could also monitor your O2 and take temperature readings. Even daily "are you feeling better today?" Alerts to catch up on general health, and encourage you to get back into your routine gradually.

My watch has been so useful in attaining fitness goals, it only makes sense it can help when people are sick too.

  • Hi...I have been thinking the same thing. I have a flu right now so my usual very low heart rate, balanced HRV and low stress levels are off the scale. It would be great if there was a "sickness mode" and said mode could monitor your health through some funky algorithm.
