Bluetooth icon on my phone is flashing blue and/grey

I turned off my watch for a few months. harged it, turned it on and re-installed the connect app but the Bluetooth in my phone can't find my watch and the Bluetooth icon on my phone is flashing blue and/grey. It appears my watch Bluetooth can't turn on. I have tried turning it on and off but still the same.....any ideas? Thanks

You can try the tips in the following document. Also, if the watch was still on the BT list on your phone, make sure you have removed it from there before adding it anew - and adding it, should be done exclusively from Garmin Connect, never from within the BT menu of the phone. Initiate the pairing from the watch, and continue in the GC Mobile app.

Thanks for your help but the watch is not appearing on my Bluetooth list. It appears that the Bluetooth isn't working on the watch. I have tried the Garmin instruction book for my watch and it doesn't mention anything about it.

And did you turn on BT on the watch? You did not tell what watch you own, but typically the quick way to turn BT on/off is through the Control menu - Phone On.

That's the icon that is flashing. When I try turn on Bluetooth via on veun watch it just flashes blue and grey. In the past on would turn it blue when on and off turns the icon grey

Try the soft-reset, if it does not help do the master reset, and if still no change, contact the Support.
