Garmin connect installation on Android 11

Hi everyone,

I've a new blackview-bv4900s phone : www.blackview.fr/.../blackview-bv4900s

I can't find the Garmin Connect app in the Playstore. I've tried to install from Garmin connect's place. It says that the specifications are not good.

Can you say me why ?.
