My Connections Cannot See My Individual Multisport Activities, Only the Full Multisport Activity

The subject is pretty self-explanatory of my problem. When I go into an individual activity within the multisport activity that I just logged, I cannot change the privacy settings. The multisport activity itself is set to My Connections though. I am wondering how I change my settings so that my friends can see my individual activities and the stats for them. As an aside, would this have anything to do with me setting my individual walking activities to private by default, and is there a way to change it so that my friends can see the individual multisport activities after the fact if that is indeed the reason for my problem.

Edit: My friend who pointed out that he can't see my individual activities on the Garmin Connect App says he can see the individual activities and data on Garmin Connect Web, but I would still like a solution on the Garmin Connect App.

As an additional note, if me setting my individual walking activities to Only Me by default is the culprit, is there a way to fix my problem without sharing walking activities to My Connections by default? I incorporate a lot of short walks like when I'm out with my dog to help keep my low aerobic training load up, so I set my privacy for walking activities to Only Me by default to avoid clogging up my and my friends' news feeds with my walking activities.

Let him try looking at the mutlisport activity in Garmin Connect Web instead of using the app. I just tested it, and it works all right for all the parts, despite that my global privacy setting is set to Private only, and I have just enabled the particular multisport activity.

He was able to access it on Garmin Connect Web as I mentioned in my edit. I don't know why it's not showing on the mobile app though.

Well, the app is more limited than the web interface in many ways, so this may be one of the limitations.

I can see all of his individual activities within a multisport activity and the statistics for those activities on my mobile app. He just can't see mine on his phone, which is why I asked the question.

Try reporting it to the Support, hoping they will forward it to the developers.
