Garmin watch has many amazing features, however BMI is not the right way to check your healthy lifestyle or your health age. The best way is to find our Body fat percentage. For example my weight is 104 and 15% of BF, a person with 60 kg and BF 20% is fater than me. We called this as fake thin.
People with low weight but high BF.
So BMI is just a reference and doesn't say anything about your healthy condition.
