badge 10k august not rewarded

Hi!

This morning I ran a 10k. I accidently split the activity, so I combined them afterwards and uploaded it. Now I have a 10k activity, but the badge August Weekend 10K is not rewarded. Is this something you can help me with?

I believe it is a bit late to fix it now. It should've worked if you combined them and then made sure it was logged with a Garmin device (that the activity shows a Garmin device). If not then add the Garmin device and upload the activity again.

Now you need to contact Garmin Support to get help: https://support.garmin.com/

Another method that at least worked before was that you edited the distance for one of those original activities to be over 10 km to get the badge. Challenge badges aren't usually removed if the activities are removed so after you got the badge you can do anything like removing the activity and then uploading a combined activity.
That needs to be tested though.

Thank you! I was a bit impatient, so I deleted the original activities already, so I'll check with Garmin Support. The activity doesn't show my device like you said.
