No option anymore to configure Fenix 7 from the Garmin Connect Android app

Watch seems to be synching fine with the app on my phone.  From the Devices menu the watch is listed and shows connected, but I don't have the option to configure the watch settings anymore from Garmin Connect.   Currently running the 9.28 beta
