Floor Climbed

I have tried changing different options but my floor climbed is not being counted. I have a step platform that has a 2,4, 6 inch and nothing is being counted. I have tried the floors climbed, elliptical, stair stepper and nothing works. I have the Vivoactive 4s.

That won't work because floors are calculated by the use of a few things and most importantly it's the Altimeter...so stepping up and down repeatedly will not count as floors it will most likely be counted as steps...floors I believe is calculated every 10feet with the Altimeter.
