How to block cardio reader on Forerunner 45?

When wearing my Forerunner 45, after a day I have pain in my wrinkle.

I guess it could be the light that measures the cardio.

I think it is unlikely that the light gives you pain.

Turn off wrist heart rate in the settings and test.
