Sync button constantly spinning and won't let me press

Question

The syne button on my Garmin connect is constantly spinning. And because of this it won't let me press it to update my things. 
 
 Can anyone help?

Try turning off Bluetooth to kill the connection. Wait a few seconds until the spinning stops and then turn BT on again.
