Garmin pay

Trying to set up garmin pay . I have tried 3 different cards from 3 different banks all rejected. My question is what banks do you actually use. Or is garmin pay inoperable. It was one of the main reasons I purchased the watch but starting to regret purchasing.

both of my cards are on that list. Both are unable to be added. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled the app and everything else that I can find online. Most all I find is failure when it comes to Garmin Pay.
