Hello. I purchased the app called Yazio, so that I can connect it to my Garmin watch, but it is not connecting. Help please

From what I can tell from the Yazio Help Center, steps, burned calories, and weight go from Garmin Connect to Yazio (not directly from your watch). And there is no transfer from Yazio to Garmin Connect…

Yazio is not on the list of supported apps. Check here for details - Garmin Connect: Sync Activities With Third-Party Websites

Then it is misleading, as it has Garmin as an option to connect to.

In that case complain at Yazio and ask how to connect it, or get a refund

Thanks for your reply. But even so, it will not transfer the data you are mentioning from Garmin connect to Yazio.. though the app says they are connected.

Suggest contacting Yazio support. I tried testing this but looks like I need a pro account to proceed.
