Why wont hands tell the right time I have tried everything

Hi,

I am about to go insane, i have tried everything to get the clock hands to tell the right time.

Its on auto, ive synced and re synced.

Ive to re-align manually.

None of the above working.

Is there a fault in the watch?

Please help.

You did not tell what watch you own, but if it is Vivomove, and aligning as described in the following document does not help, then either repost your question in the respective forum dedicated to your watch model, where other users familiar with your watch can help, or contact the Customer Support.
